A terrific company that is only getting better. Internal promotions are common and it’s hard to find a pure employee that isn’t enjoyable to chat with.

It is a good place to learn with really experienced AEs and SEs. The leap from BDR to AE is a big jump. But not impossible. Hyperscalers are a massive challenge.

SDR org doesn't emphasize professional development and training at all. It is managed like a call center. A fun call center that's easy to work at, but a call center nonetheless

Good pay. Major lack of diversity. Great company, if you’re not a person of color. Less than 3% of the company is black. No real training. Hit or miss with quota. Unrealistic expectations.
