It is a good place to learn with really experienced AEs and SEs. The leap from BDR to AE is a big jump. But not impossible. Hyperscalers are a massive challenge.

Pure has a great product and equally great GTM sales motion. Your customers and prospects are delighted with the product and once you get it in front of a prospect it pretty much sells itself.

Great company with a great product. Too many sales reps in my region however. Half the team was crushing goal selling to accounts with high spend potential, the other half was selling to small business and could hardly keep their head above water
