Pure Storage is an incredible company with a great vision and leadership. The expectations are high and hitting quota is quite tough. You are not compensated on renewals which is a big pill to swallow if you have a large customer who has already purchased a substantial amount of equipment from you.

SDR leadership has never actually sold anything. Expect to have to teach yourself the products. Becoming a boiler room. Great product and pay for an sdr gig but mobility is suffering as the company goes through growing pains.
