It is a good place to learn with really experienced AEs and SEs. The leap from BDR to AE is a big jump. But not impossible. Hyperscalers are a massive challenge.

SDR org doesn't emphasize professional development and training at all. It is managed like a call center. A fun call center that's easy to work at, but a call center nonetheless
