Common ‘more is better’ mistake is being made for a while.
Don’t hire more sales when reps don’t hit the number..
Don’t assume or think that remote reps (UK based) will do the job, scale down, hire what makes sense :).
Overall I had a blast of a time and was in doubt to move on yes or no. If top management was a bit more country aware I would come back without a doubt
