Used to be a great culture, but that is slowly changing with new leadership. Compensation is also changing. Lower comp for renewals and quotas increased substantially for many people.

My overall experience was ok. The product was amazing but the was high churn due to small territories. I felt like management didn't care about who was in the role as the software would sell itself. Pay was fair from a base perspective, but I didn't know a single person (out of 30) that was hitting the OTE or had a tenure over 2 years.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Proofpoint, and wish I could've stayed there. Great people, great products, and the best benefits package I've ever had. And things are still getting even better there.
