My overall experience was ok. The product was amazing but the was high churn due to small territories. I felt like management didn't care about who was in the role as the software would sell itself. Pay was fair from a base perspective, but I didn't know a single person (out of 30) that was hitting the OTE or had a tenure over 2 years.

Great leadership and product market fit. OTE is in the med to low range for the industry but WFH is worth it!
