Prokeep has a great idea in mind, great people working for them, they are generous and fair with a great team and management. However, when I started they told me the OTE was $60,000 with 80% of reps hitting quota which is untrue. During my time there only one rep was able to hit goal for a single month. Great company overall but they need to figure out their target for their sales people.

OK product, very top heavy organization that hires friends of the board/owners. Terrible experience. Management does not communicate with employees. Like to fire people without giving any kind of warning. I don't know if I see this company going anywhere given there is a lot of competition in the space and they are half the cost
