Quota attainment isn't there. They have challenges with their territories and having a small TAM. Miss alignment on the prospecting motion amongst leadership.

Terrible experience. Management does not communicate with employees. Like to fire people without giving any kind of warning. I don't know if I see this company going anywhere given there is a lot of competition in the space and they are half the cost
