Similar positions at other companies are compensated much better. The culture of the company is kind and positive, but you are fully remote without a lot of training.

Current Employee2.4Jul 30, 2024My overall experience has been very mixed. 6 different direct managers in a years time, 3 different pay structure fluctuations, complete job role reimagined, with zero training. Zero. Pay is decent, and their is opportunity to earn more, but the way things are going, be prepared to work 7 days a week.
