The Area Sales Rep position is a road warrior expected to visit 5-8 stores a day with quality visits of sales and training. Similar positions at other companies are compensated much better. The culture of the company is kind and positive, but you are fully remote without a lot of training.

My overall experience has been very mixed. 6 different direct managers in a years time, 3 different pay structure fluctuations, complete job role reimagined, with zero training. Zero. Pay is decent, and their is opportunity to earn more, but the way things are going, be prepared to work 7 days a week.
