Collaborative and gritty team who gets things done. But a lagging product-market fit and several org changes caused the company to fall behind. A lot of customer churn and folks leaving the company. Overall a good team to work with, but a lacking product and unstable company growth.

Lots of turnover with mindset of “things will improve in time”, tons of people getting hired into leadership but people beneath them are still waiting for them to execute. Good opportunities, accounts, and deals to find, but mostly outbound (inbound flow is very light). Lots of room to roam and opportunities to make an impact cross-functionally
