Lots of turnover with mindset of “things will improve in time”, tons of people getting hired into leadership but people beneath them are still waiting for them to execute. Good opportunities, accounts, and deals to find, but mostly outbound (inbound flow is very light). Lots of room to roam and opportunities to make an impact cross-functionally

CEO is terrible. Never in front of customers and we don’t invite him to those meetings either.
