Former Employee4.3Nov 29, 2023One of the best cultures I’ve worked in. Great people and upper leadership. Pay was on the lower end. L&D is one of the best bonuses and prepped me well for future roles. Many people who leave procore end up coming back, because there’s no place like it.

Current Employee2.6Apr 4, 2024Some good teams. But their sales systems are garbage I had deals go stale waiting on rev ops to fix something in Salesforce

Former Employee3.1Jan 16, 2025In 2024 as Procore struggled to meet its sales plan, the focus on internal talent shifted 180 degrees to hiring externally. Unfortunately, the outcome was a significant loss of tribal knowledge and diverse talent (on all fronts, including diversity of experience). Hiring and firing practices became opaque and based on shoulder taps and cronyism.
