Overall, the comp could be more competitive when it comes to OTE, but they do a really great job with incentivizing via stock options. Overall, nothing but good things to say about the company and product.

Current Employee4.3Jun 10, 2025It has its ups and downs like every company. The backend is very disorganized. SDRs are given a list of their territory to contact. Lists get recycled and rotated in the SDR org so you’re reaching out to the same people your colleagues have been reaching out to the weeks prior. There’s tons of duplicate accounts on the list as well.
