Not a great place to work in sales, minimal sales leadership of any kind, a lot of passive aggressive bullying, playing favourites, and impossible targets. Huge disrespect for customers and product is incredibly niche. Very political and lots of infighting.

It was a great school! Learned a lot while working there, great people and structure. But after it merged with other 2 companies in 2022, it lost its identity having to take instructions from people over the US side on how to do business in Europe, and instead of keeping it separate they wanted to unify it all, obviously that didn't work as most didn't have a clue...Read More
