How is the Growth AE role like for PluralSight?

It's terrible.  There is no organization between renewals managers, customer success managers, growth ae's, etc.  The leadership is a mess.  Pluralsight in general is a mess.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Piggy backing off the previous response - there is a lot of dysfunction because of the A Cloud Integration. We are still not fully integrated (and won't be until 2026). We have been selling a new sku that has created a whole host of problems, and have new pricing and packaging rolling out next year that will further complicate things for the growth org.  Despite the challenges, growth has been the highest/ most consistent performing team.

It's a great time to be a Growth AE. We have a new CEO who seems cool, and with our superior product and the ability for us to be creative with pricing, we beat most of our competitors. Some Growth AE's are struggling, and some are cleaning house right now.

It's actually a good time to be a Growth AE or any AE. We have a new CEO (we'll see how she turns out) and with the flexibility with creative deals and beating most competitors with our superior product, a lot of reps are cleaning house right now and making a killing.

I’m sure it is fine now and there is opportunity. When I was there, there was a lot of dysfunction because of the integration of A Cloud Guru into the business and new leadership but I’m sure it is stabilized now.
