My experience has been great so far. They are hiring a lot of sales reps right now. There is the opportunity to make some big cash here. You have to find the deals yourself but there is brand recognition. Leadership is great. CEO is a visionary.

Pre-merger, the culture was excellent and more than made up for lower base salaries. After the merger, it's less attractive place to be.

Was a decent place to work prior to the merger with Forgerock. Thoma Bravo destroyed the compensation structure and eliminated sales spiffs. If you can handle working for “Oracle lite” sales leadership and a PE firm that will dump Ping in the next 24 months then jump onboard.
