As Personify pushes to sell itself from one VC firm to another, leadership is solely focused on the sale and not on the people who work there. By the end of my tenure there, our team (enterprise account management) was doing customer success, enterprise sales, onboarding, and marketing, because Personify didn't have staff in other departments to support us. Then leadership gets frustrated that a product isn't growing as rapidly as they'd like. Perhaps it's because your people are spread so thin they can't even do their own jobs?

For the most part, the company was great. They cut the entire SDR team right before Christmas so that wasn't very cool.
