Overall positive experience. Resources were outdated for our teams but typical enterprise sized company process. Training was not frequent but robust and with good followup process. Latest information not great at getting to BDR team quickly.

Takes time to learn products and payments industry, lots of internal cross department communication required to be successful, issues with integrations. New executives came in early 2024 and compensation plan was changed in 2024 from revenue to transaction margin structure, which reduces the OTE potential drastically for all AE's.

Great product but tough to build momentum with new business due to PYPL button presence. Backbook AEs focus on selling direct card processing via Braintree, BNPL messaging, Risk as a service, etc., to existing clients, which is easier but dependent on green space in portfolio. Long sales cycle.
