Sales reps not motivated to sell, so now a lose-lose situation. Experienced reps fleeing. Sales reps now expected to take on operational issues, even if operational issues occur on weekends.

They ripped out the old commission structure and put some half-baked bandaid comp plan in it’s place, while telling sales reps “this will be a rough year, if you’re not loyal to PayPal this isn’t the place for you.” Really put a bad taste in my mouth and felt super unprofessional.
