Had a great experience working with Paycor. Had strong local leadership, and a lot of turnover since then. At the time, we were a bit behind on certain features and functionality compared to our peers.

No inbound leads. Expected to work outside of work hours. A lot of resources provided for sales, but a lot of hustle and work expected as well. Expected to own sales cycle from sourcing the deal to running sales and demo through to ensuring implementation happens smoothly.

You are a BDR for your RSD - they join every single zoom call you have and you do a lot of outbound to dig up opportunities. If you win an opportunity there is a very high chance you will have to continue to work to keep it because implementing and support typically loses them.

My experience wasn't the best. The AE job that I was hired for ended up being field based (which it wasn't billed to be), then I had some... Personnel issues with my manager which made it very hard to do my job.
