Huge amounts of turnover in this position. 20% of my team hit quota in this fiscal, but maybe only 5% wil hit quota in the region. Inbound leads are mostly garbage. What was a fully remote position now has 1 in-person day, required. Expectations regarding weekly metrics do not change if you take a PTO. Your regional manager will play a huge role in determining if you will be successful.

They talk to customers about employee retention but they have one of the lowest retentions in the industry. Leadership is very flaky and mostly concerned about themselves. Expect weekly reviews and updates and be able to move deals extremely fast or you will be put on a PIP

Paycor has a great product and a great market fit. Leadership is always under pressure and reps are threatened by PiPs pretty frequently. Enablement and training are top notch.
