Current Employee3.1Jul 17, 2023This company is very unique. Anything over 40 hours per week you get overtime pay (1.5x hourly rate). Sounds like an awesome feature. However, when you consider the fact that there are commission paybacks if a client leaves within 6 months, it makes sense. Quota is ridiculously high in this role. Out of 110 sales reps, maybe 5 will hit quota over the course of the...Read More
