Paycom has been a great opportunity if you land yourself in the right office with the right manager. I’ve heard horror stories of some offices who can’t retain any talent and they have a fear running manager. Do you due diligence as best as possible with your local office to determine if you should work at Paycom

Good company if you know what you're getting into. Lots of expectations and clean up -- first year will suck but if you can stick with it, lots of money to be made. Travel heavy, beware.
