Overall a positive work environment, however in this position you are also a customer support rep after the sale which affects your ability to sell.

This has been a great company to work for, if you are money driven. You can make life changing money and set your family up. The product is innovative and stands out amongst the rest of the HCM space. Great overall opportunity.

Overall base pay is great but a ton of pressure and hard to sell because the product isn't for everyone. If you have a good manager, you're set.
