If you’ve worked here and survived, then anyone who’s ever heard of Paycom will know you have incredible work ethic. But the culture is very toxic. The pay can be great, but you’ll be more stressed than you ever imagined and your health and personal life will suffer.

Great base earnings and best margins for commission I’ve ever seen. But there is a fair trade-off for this. You will work 65 hours per week and travel often. Expectations are almost unattainably high. Not the structure for everyone, but if you can figure it out, you’ll be extremely wealthy.
