It’s a good company overall. Great perks, gym in the basement, yoga, lunch brought in (you buy it) and a cafe/coffee shop in the morning hours for purchase. They are upgrading buildings so I anticipate amenities getting better than they are now. Base pay is horrible, about 12k less than normal tech companies. It's a good place to get started in sales and learn a little about tech. BDR role is a grind, lots of micromanagement, and leadership absolutely plays favorites, Not many other companies where you can get into a closing role that quickly.
