Good training, compensation is not the best. Culture was good but managers will micro manage.

It's a good place to get started in sales and learn a little about tech. BDR role is a grind, lots of micromanagement, and leadership absolutely plays favorites, Not many other companies where you can get into a closing role that quickly.
