It was good!! I liked the company! They care about there employees just was not that many leads coming in and it was supposed to be purely inbound

It was a good place to start out. The training is not great but the people are all smart.

The product is incredible. The main issue is inbound lead flow, they over-hired AE's and now don't have enough leads to pass around to everyone to meet quota.

Great product, questionable leadership decisions Base seems pretty average and the sales cycle is really long mostly because it’s HR software and this tech isn’t a must have, it’s a very nice to have
