My overall experience was ok. Terrible sales culture and company culture isn’t great right now. Can’t make a lot of $$$ year. Comp plans have been decreasing the last 4 years.

Some truly talented people, new folks coming in may help. Massive changes in leadership in conjunction with sky high quotas. In some cases roles have been open for 1 year +. Some of the worst HR I’ve ever dealt with and I’m not sure what they are thinking. 14 interviews in some cases.

Overall good experience with the sales team at palo alto. I think folks are generally happy with the role. Incentives are strong and the product market fit is there.
