But times have changed around 2023/2024.
Quotas and leadership expectations are less realistic than in times past. (For a fixed list of named accounts, quota typically goes up 45% 50% a yr -or more - so after 5yrs or 6yrs thats just insane - do the math). Also seen recently - the pushing out of many really really good and successful people, for new / less expensive / less experienced talent. They are clearly driving cost out of the business and the sales org. feels that more than ever. Too many overlays reps that aren’t even hitting quota. Browse Other Reviews
