Great overall experience for more than 5yrs of time spent there crushing quota, making real impact for clients and making great money/ over achieving. But times have changed around 2023/2024. Quotas and leadership expectations are less realistic than in times past. (For a fixed list of named accounts, quota typically goes up 45% 50% a yr -or more - so after 5yrs or 6yrs thats just insane - do the math). Also seen recently - the pushing out of many really really good and successful people, for new / less expensive / less experienced talent. They are clearly driving cost out of the business and the sales org. feels that more than ever. Too many overlays reps that aren’t even hitting quota.
