My overall experience was okay at PTC. They want the best of the best and offer competitive base salaries, but leadership is always turning over and they have a boys club mentality. Better not be a square peg going into a round hole.

Fantastic place to work. The DEI piece was consistently rammed down everyone's throat. Most companies that hyper focus on DEI have the opposite effect as they alienate others. It's equality for all, not equity for all.
