Growing but an incredible amount of momentum. Our ELT is in the business of building something great and it’s starting to finally turn. Sales is beginning to grow from 2 IC > 5 ICs by the end of the quarter as a metric.

It used to be a great company for sales and was genuinely fun. Due to multiple reorgs, sales leadership changes on every level, not adapting to market, among other reasons, it is not a sales organization I would recommend. The culture has become toxic and everyone is looking for the exit.
