It's been a joy being part of the company for almost 2 years at this point. The company's evolved at lot over that time and I expect it to continue evolving, but it still feels like it's getting in early on something that could be a SaaS legend. The key to success here is patience and understanding that the business is growing faster than what most have likely experienced in their careers.

There are a lot of very talented people at Owner, and they expect a lot out of the team. It's one of the more challenging roles I've had but I feel like I'm growing more than my past companies.
