Incredible place for learning and growth. Leadership is unlike anywhere I’ve ever worked before. They are ultra transparent in all of their decision making, which makes us all a part of the decision making. Reading/ learning is a part of our culture and we all strive for growth. We are all held to very high standards and everyone gives 110% ALL the time. It is definitely not a place to breeze by, but if you like being challenged and want to unlock your full potential this is the place.

This place is very impressive. The reviews are legit in that you're surrounded by A players. You can be a dawg at your last company and you come here and you're just another employee. If you're willing to work hard and be a part of a fast moving team this is the best place to be. My growth personally and professionally since joining Owner makes me want to stay here forever. I've never had this much fun selling before.
