Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Your experience at Orkin all depends on your branch manager. The comp plan doesn’t change which helps offset the low base pay you’re offered. The downside is you are extremely micromanaged from the division level down to the branch level. Orkin focuses on nothing but sales and chooses to ignore “providing world class service” as we were once known for. My hope is we’ll eventually get back to providing that type of service but the current leadership in the commercial division must change first.
