Different product offerings and market verticals had larger bearing on success of BDRs than any of the sales training. Little so no support from sales ops, they simply managed the CRM, and any leads generated from marketing were handed off to lower rung SDRs for training purposes. This was not a team environment, and the culture was on an expedited decline to a boiler room setting come the time I left. Browse Other Reviews
