Current Employee2.4Jun 27, 2023It’s ok. The lack of diversity is pretty insane but in comparison they are pretty competitive with their comp packages. Leadership really depends on who you get. Could be good, could be awful. Same goes for your territory. Biggest challenge of selling is all the internal bullsh*t which needs to change asap.
