The comp plans this year make it clear to the reps that they are just a number and if you do not like - good luck finding a better job elsewhere. Tech firms know that the job market is tough and they are deliberately paying people as little as possible. It is clear as day and totally unnecessary since most are beating targets across the board. Obnoxious of executives to do this.

My overall experience was great. My team was amazing! Oracle has a history of auditing customers which has given all Oracle AE’s a very bad reputation in the industry.

Mediocre , every new fiscal things change to the point where your target can double, quadruple, or you just lose your best long term accounts due to "strategic reasons".
