My experience at Oracle has had its ups and downs. Early on, I struggled under the leadership of a manager who wasn’t the best fit, which made my first few months challenging. However, after an internal restructuring, I was fortunate to be assigned to an AMAZING manager who truly supported my growth and helped me thrive in my role. While salary increases with internal promotions could be more motivating, Oracle is home to a wealth of incredibly smart and knowledgeable people. I’ve had the chance to work with great mentors who have been key to my development here, and that’s something I truly appreciate about the company.

Overall selling for Oracle is still a solid role. The amount of cumbersome bureaucratic tools, processes and data maintenance is now utterly insane.
