No real clue how territories are created or leadership chosen. Culture is a but only a word here, as it is never practiced. If you are lucky to land in a select one or two orgs, you can make respectable money. The other 65-70% will make a tiny monthly commission, if at all. Executive leadership will find a way to make it as hard as possible to earn any real money YoY. Add-in the leadership style of micromanagement and “do as I say and not as I do”, then you have place I would seriously reconsider ever joining.

Very mature company. Success is having the right set of accounts that feeds you renewal business. I’ve seen people hit their number consistently and make big money with the right set of accounts
