Great product, bur mainly for enterprise and not SMB! Targets too high, hardly any travel allowed, bad incentive structure Work load good, good office vive in Amsterdam

Overall, Oracle is a great start to either begin or end your sales career at. Their Class-Of BDC program is a great way to cut one's teeth and learn sales, but its definitely a grind. In terms of culture, people are cliquey, usually based on their teams, and like to party together outside of work.
