OpenGov rewards hard workers and encourages going the extra mile. With where OpenGov is in its growth, it is a high performance driven culture, and for some, that may not be the best fit (for me, it is!). I have seen extremely talented people excel, and those looking for a cushier job find OpenGov to be a bit too difficult. To each their own.

Sales org and leadership were a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and keep looking

The company is doing well and is also ran well, but has a HUGE push to become cash flow positive which makes the culture a little stale.
