Original CEO always had people on pins and needles. Next CEO + team created a different toxic culture of "fund-a-friend" where they get rid of long tenured employees to be able to hire friends in "new" positions. Recognize the work that people are doing.

I've been at One Identity less than two years and my experience has been very positive. The pay/incentive structure is very competitive and I enjoy working with my leadership. My manager actually manages and wants to get in front of customers. Sales VP is smart, knows the industry, and is charming with customers.
