Areas of concern include training and enablement. The enablement team is small, but they don't often add value to the conversations I am having with prospects and customers.
A lot of the basics for a rep aren't covered. The BDRs are doing both inbound and outbound. The ratio of AE to BDR is 6:1 often times few opportunities coming from BDRs. Reps don't have access to Zoominfo, but the BDR you work with does.
A lot of time internal processes such as legal reviews and NDA's hold up the process of selling. Browse Other Reviews
