Started as a great journey full of opportunity but it definitely feels like some overhiring was done with not enough results behind it. We have gone through a thirdlayoff in theblast 12 months including a complete changen in leadership.

Avoid at all costs for sales. Poor, uninvolved, uninspired, inexperienced leadership at Manager level (working on their own deals). C-level charisma, but a total sh#t show regarding organization. Super mid eSign product, good security solutions. Relatively unknown brand stateside. Good base comp, but OTE doesn’t matter if you’re not making sales.
