The interview process was great but the company seriously lacks leadership. The company had no idea on CMO putting in false leads causing over hiring and later firing the whole team in less than a year! There is no sharing of info from leadership and employees are learning about initiatives after investor calls. Product market fit is totally missing which means sales guys are totally lost - if you are favorite of St Management, you get good leads else forget about it.

This company makes many promises that they cannot keep. It does not seem to be doing well and is a hard fit into the market.
