My experience has been great, it's a competitive space but OneSignal gets a ton of inbound and there is strong product market fit.

The sales org is well run however the product isn't competitive in the upper mid market or enterprise space. Very few people will hit their targets this year and the company historically hasn't hit their revenue target. Great product, enjoyed my tenure and recommend the company. It's a competitive space but OneSignal has a ton of free users and plg motion that helps drive sales conversations.

sub par. theres not a lot of internal promotions. territories are split unfairly. but all reps are treated equal
