Great product, enjoyed my tenure and recommend the company. It's a competitive space but OneSignal has a ton of free users and plg motion that helps drive sales conversations.

sub par. theres not a lot of internal promotions. territories are split unfairly. but all reps are treated equal

I have been extremely disappointed by the management at OneSignal. The company seems to be sinking despite the freemium model and PLG approach. The management's decision to terminate seven people from the sales team showcases their inability to devised a successful strategy, and their belief that cold calling is the solution points to a serious lack of understanding...Read More

Leadership is really terrible. This COULD be a great company, but unfortunately, I think the leaders lack true vision, compassion and excitement. The product does a simplistic version of what customers are looking for, but we're mostly chosen because of our lower-price point vs. competitors. not necessarily our superior technology.
